OFFICERS
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors shall consist of Captain, First Lieutenant, Treasurer, and four
(4) members elect.
The Board members elect shall be elected to a term of two (2) years. Two (2) members
shall be elected in the years divisible by two (2), and two (2) members shall be elected
in the odd numbered years.
A squad member shall hold only one office or seat listed in the Board of Directors and
the Board of Examiners in any given time.
